Located on the beautiful Cote d'Azur, this hotel offers breathtaking views of the sea and is situated on the famous chemin des douaniers, a popular path for exploring the stunning coastline. Guests can enjoy kayaking in the crystal-clear waters or relax by the heated outdoor pool just steps away from their elegantly designed rooms. According to a local guide in Conde Nast, this hotel is a hidden gem that embodies the real Riviera experience.

marvellous location near a local restaurant where a 5 year old was running around shouting and swinging from the chairs, the "real riviera " which was written by a local who was guiding readers to authentic and unique places in the south of france and downtown, and awesome views. nearby le bistrot d'yvan - great place to chill out. exceptionally comfortable bed in deluxe queen room with a minibar, central heating, and an iron.

The pools were pristine and perfect. We explored the nearby beach and enjoyed water sports too. Tip , parking and breakfast are extra, but the service was great. Definitely a spot to consider for your next getaway!
One downside was our dinner experience. We ended up at a local restaurant that was overpriced and chaotic, which wasn't ideal after such a great stay.

The food was delicious the staff were very helpful. The garden was so good to relax in with stunning views
The beach was not easy to swim from and the Jacuzzi in the bath was a nightmare it was so difficult to turn off and far too easy to turn on!

Loved the restful garden and view of the water.
The tub/shower required scaling 3 steps which we found treacherous. The Wi Fi was slow

Location, small hotel, comfortabel rooms. Too bad is rocky sea access so one is stuck more to pool area.
Really bad internet, they clean dishes in sink of bathroom, forget the service of ordered room service. Restaurant is not worth the price compared with service and choices ones receives. So price for what one receives is not correct.

Half amazing, half disappointing
This place is fine, with lovely peaceful area near great waterside bars and restaurants. Pools are pristine and the staff is attentive that felt mad really like a private villa.
Sadly, my room didn't have adequate privacy and noise from nearby events disrupted our peace. The breakfast variety was lacking and felt underwhelming for the price paid.

Very nice location, separate heated pool for children, some of the staff were very kind.
The room (Shakespeare suite) was not suitable for family with two children - children had to sleep in a closet at the bathroom without any air conditioning or venitlation. The hotel actualy does not have a beach, to reach the area in the see where it is possible to swim is rather difficult, I've seen this solved very nicely by some wooden tracks by other cheaper hotels on the same coast. Can add to other comments about the hotel trying to charge for things you did not use - be carefull about your bills. We never had breakfast because it was too early for us, however the lady at reception tried to charge us for one breakfast and was very upset that I did not agree to pay. And yes, no appology, of course, just all kindness and smile were gone. Not expect in this level of hotel. Maybe the staff should be trained a bit more how to be polite. Also, the situation with tracking of what guests actually use and what not must be solved finally.

Staying at this beautiful retreat seemed like having our own private seaside getaway. The port was perfect for launching our kayaks, and the plentiful cabanas allowed my family, including our dog, to relax in style while soaking up the sun.
In my wife's opinion, a kids' club would enhance the experience.

Privacy of the room and the amazing colours of the villa, garden and the mediterraneian see. The chef of the restaurant an artist of tastes, a dinner was an adventure of senses. A staff provides a 5 star plus service while you feel yourself in your own villa with private staff.
The wifi was not functioning however we did not missed this at all may be it is on purpose...

The entire premises is just wonderful! Great private spots to relax and unwind. The staff is doing everything to make you feel special. The dinner at the restaurant was delicious. It is definately a place you want to revist when you have been there once.
The room did not really match with the description at the website. Our room (the Gaugin) had a descrpition of a 20 m2 terrass, which actaually showed up to be more like a paved communal area with 2 chairs directly outside the room. i.e. no specific dedicated area to the room, and hence no privacy. Even if we knew we had to pay extra for parking, our evaluation is after staying in the hotel that it seems a bit strange given that the hotel has it's own car park. Furthermore the location of the premises and the need of a car for transportation and convenience, especially during a longer stay is a necesity
